Higher Ground Workout.

A seamless full-body sequence of strength, cardio, and mobility.
Using carefully selected heavy loads, each move is controlled, efficient, and low-impact.
This full-body flow quiets the mind, transforms your body, sharpens your focus,
and leaves you strong, centered and clear-headed.

1- Indoor workout shoes or grippy sock  in the practice room. No bare feet.
2- Wipe down your mat after practice.
3- Leave your mat the way you found it.
4- You can rent a hand towel for 1 chf.

Mat 1-15 are front row mats.
The front row is more than just a spot in the room—it sets the tone for everyone behind it.  
It’s not about perfection, but about showing up fully and inspiring others through your commitment.
For your first class, we will re-assign your spot so you can follow the practice safely at your own pace.

Higher Ground Unplug.

Each session is an immersive sound meditation designed to reset your mind, body, and energy. 
Using carefully crafted frequencies and vibrations, this quantum sound bath helps release tension and promote deep relaxation.

We provide pillow and eye pillow.
A cover is required. (if you forget you would have to rent one)
Wear loose, comfortable warm clothes.

Bookings.

If your session is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist.
If a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to the session (up to 60 min before the session starts)
You can cancel up to 4 hours before the start of your session and your credit will be refunded.
Late cancellations will not be refunded.

Injuries.

If you're unable to fully participate book a spot on the second row.
Choose any mat between 19-26.
This helps maintain the group’s flow and unity while supporting your needs.
Always let the host know before practice if you are injured or pregnant.

Facilities.

Studio opens 20 min before practice and 30 min after practice.
Please arrive min 5 minutes early minimum for your first practice.
Late arrivals may not be admitted if you are new (for safety reasons)
Lockers to secure your belongings
Showers to refresh after your sessions
Towel rental: 1 CHF for hand towel 2 CHF for a shower towel
