Unplug flow
A non moving experience that harmonizes your energy while you rest, guided by immersive sound, vibrations and intention. It’s a grounding reset for your body and mind. Benefits: Release tension, elevate mood and restore balance.
Bookings
Available on the App Store. Download the app to book and manage your bookings easily. Waitlist. If your session is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to the session (up to 60 min before the session starts) Cancellation. You can cancel up to 4 hours before the start of your session and your credit will be refunded. Late cancellations will not be refunded.
Etiquette
Injured or recovering. If you're unable to fully participate book a spot on the second row. Choose any mat between 19-26. This helps maintain the group’s flow and unity while supporting your needs. Let the host know before practice if you are injured or pregnant.
Front row. Mat 1-15 are front row mats. The front row is more than just a spot in the room—it sets the tone for everyone behind it. It’s not about perfection, but about showing up fully and inspiring others through your commitment. For your first class, we will re-assign your spot so you can follow the practice safely at your own pace.
Dress code. Indoor workout shoes are recommended or grippy sock in the practice room.
Facilities
Before practice. Studio opens 20 min before practice and 30 min after practice. First practice. Please arrive min 5 minutesearlyminimum for your first practice. Running late. Late arrivals may not be admitted if you are new. (for safety reasons) Facilities. Showers to refresh after your sessions. Lockers to secure your belongings. Towel rental. 1 CHF for hand towel. 2 CHF for a shower towel.
